Finch/Warden Revitalization Study

     Malibu developments Inc. has proposed  development at Bridlewood Mall, located in the heart of Ward 39 at Finch and Warden. These plans include erecting a group of high-rise condominium buildings, ranging from twenty-six to thirty-three storeys in height; a series of townhouses; underground parking; and an expansion of the mall itself.

     In response, a group of concerned citizens have, with the support of city staff, created the Finch-Warden Revitalization Work Group; with the aim of creating a comprehensive report concerning the direction of this and future developments in the area. The report recommends a complete revitalization of the area, with wider sidewalks, improved community infrastructure, and an emphasis on pedestrian compatibility.

     Our office has been deeply involved with both these projects from some of the earliest stages, and would like to share the information with you, our community.
